Jessica and Dan’s incredible wedding at the Titanic Hotel in Liverpool was an absolute blast to photograph on the summer. Jessica is a friend of one of my grooms, who is best friends with one of my past brides and so I knew there wedding was going to be full of laughs! Jessica got ready at the incredible home that she had designed for her parents and that they had only moved into 4 days before the wedding. Despite moving into a new home and planning a wedding Jessica’s mum did all of the wedding flowers, which were absolutely beautiful!
There were so many gorgeous touches to their wedding including ribbons and bubble in place of confetti, the wedding cake made by Dan and stopping off at Calderstones Park to capture some wedding portraits in complete contrast to the industry feel of the Titanic Hotel.
Both Jessica and Dan are architects and this is what drew them to the uniquely different Titanic Hotel. They held their reception in the Rum Warehouse which has been lovingly restored to truly make this a hotel full of character. There really isn’t another wedding venue like it in Liverpool!
We had a gloriously warm day and all of their guests were able to enjoy the sunshine in the private outdoor space outside the Rum Warehouse. I hadn’t quite appreciated just how massive the Rum Warehouse was inside, which was perfect for Jessica and Dan and all of their guests. It made for the best party venue, and Jessica and Dan absolutely know how to throw a good party! The dance floor photographs are some of my absolute favourites!
